Kargil, the second largest city in Ladakh, is proudly Muslim and is characterized by a chaotic and crowded central street, full of
laboratories and shops. On a hot afternoon, careless of the cars and the traffic noise (which in India is crazy!), two little girls
were playing on the seat of a Vespa parked on the side of the main busy road, as if they were in a park.
