Story
In Bagan, the ancient capital of the Burmese kingdom, there are over 3000 buddhist pagodas. Every day whole families come to pray and spend the day in these temples. Children copy the moves of their parents for their prayers and then play around the pagodas. A characteristic feature of Burmese is the thanaka on their faces. Thanaka paste is made from ground bark and is applied for skin refreshing and protecting from sunburn.
